Why should we hire you? Why you want to change your job?

I have not practiced any job hence i can't give the answer for 2nd part of question but for the 1st part I have got it . We can say that I have the strong feeling that I can work at my best to help organization to increase it's productivity and satisfactiority of the customer also I beleive that I can stand firm with the organization

If the answer is just 'change' what change is that? are you not happy with your current job? you will get lot of questions bounce back.

2. Why should we hire you?

3. What makes you think that we will hire you?

4. In your current job, what are the obstacles you have came across so far and how did you overcome it?

5. Why do you want to work for us?

6. What don't you like about your current position?

7. What are your hobbies?

8. What do you do in your free time?

9. Do you have any questions for us?
